Please take some time this March to stop by our Program Room and appreciate the art of local artist, Natalie Eve Marquis. Her beautiful paintings are available for purchase. Please direct sales inquires to her.
Artist Statement:
There’s something about wild things—they don’t try to be anything other than themselves. A fox pauses mid-step. A crow keeps its quiet watch. Wildflowers bloom exactly where they please. Wild at Heart is a collection of whimsical wildlife, florals, and marsh-inspired paintings that celebrate that untamed spirit —each one brought to life through layered paint, intuitive marks, and luminous, expressive color. Inspired by the marshes, forests, and hidden corners of coastal New Hampshire, this collection invites viewers to slow down, look
closer, and reconnect with the quiet magic that lives all around us. These paintings are an invitation to wander, linger, and rediscover a sense of wonder—offered here by Stratham, NH artist Natalie Eve Marquis.
Natalie Eve Marquis is a New Hampshire mixed media painter whose whimsical wildlife, florals, and marshscapes celebrate the magic of
the natural world. Using layered paint, intuitive marks, and luminous color she creates soulful animals and dreamlike landscapes that feel both familiar and enchanted. Her work invites viewers to slow down, look closer, and reconnect with their own sense of wonder. Natalie is also the author of The Kachina Women: Embracing the Soul’s Call to Create.
