Golden Fitness with Deb Kroner

Join Golden Fitness, a transformative fitness program designed exclusively for adults. Join us for an hour-long class that seamlessly combines the benefits of stretching and light weight training, providing a gentle yet effective workout experience. Each session focuses on seated stretching and strengthening exercises, targeting both small and large muscle groups. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or new to exercise, Golden Fitness welcomes adults of all levels. No experience is necessary but a “Can Do” attitude is appreciated. Take this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and join our supportive community.

Meet Deb Kroner, the driving force behind Golden Fitness. As a North Hampton resident, Deb is passionate about giving back to her community. With years of personal fitness expertise and a background in teaching strength and stretch techniques at various senior living facilities, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every class. Deb’s dedication extends beyond fitness. She is also the proud owner of Monarch Care Partners, a consulting company specializing in dementia education and caregiver support. Deb’s holistic approach to well-being and her commitment to helping others shine through in her instruction, creating a welcoming and empowering atmosphere for all participants.

First session to take place June 27 at 1 PM.

Wednesday Crafternoon

Join us every last Wednesday of the month for Wednesday Crafternoon! Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this program is open to all ages and craft enthusiasts.

Wednesday Crafternoon is a wonderful opportunity to unleash your creativity and connect with fellow crafters in a relaxed and friendly environment. Bring your ongoing craft projects, share your skills, or learn something new from others. From knitting to drawing, scrapbooking to jewelry making, no craft is off-limits!

One of the highlights of Wednesday Crafternoon is the ongoing craft item swap. Have some unused craft supplies lying around at home? Bring them along and trade them with fellow participants. It’s a fantastic way to find new materials for your projects and discover hidden gems.

Whether you’re looking to socialize, gain inspiration, or simply spend a delightful afternoon immersed in crafty pursuits, Wednesday Crafternoon is the perfect place to be. There’s no need to register in advance; just drop in at your convenience any time between 5 and 7 PM.
