Aaron Kane, a lifelong New Hampshire native, emulates the world around him through hand cut paper designs of architecture, nature, and portraiture. He holds a B.A. in Illustration and balances his time as a freelance artist and full-time professional.
Please visit his art exhibit this October in the Program Room at NHPL, where his work is available for purchase.
Artist Biography: A New Hampshire native, I was born, raised and attended school in the city of Manchester. For college, I graduated from The New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. Currently, I reside in Goffstown NH and devote and balance my time as a full-time freelance artist while having a full-time job. My medium of choice is my hand cut paper designs, which cover a vast array of subjects, primarily focused on architecture and portraiture. The works I’ve created have been showcased in a range of audiences, stemming from commissions to galleries across the country. With the goal of furthering my reach across the globe, I hope to show and inspire people to the unique form of art that is paper cutting.
