ONGOING PROGRAMS

Ongoing Program | Children’s Room

Here at the North Hampton Public Library, we believe that patrons of all ages benefit from the the bond created by reading together and the early promotion of literacy both at home and on the go.

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll be able to hand you your first sheet, and you can start recording titles. And yes, if you read the same title to your toddler five times in a row, that counts as five books!

History:The 1000 Books Foundation is operated exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes.

The objectives of this organization are to encourage parent and child bonding through reading and to promote reading to newborns, infants, and toddlers.”

Play, Learn & Grow! This program is just for families of young children! Children from infancy to preschool will enjoy a play space, toys, and activities designed specifically with them in mind. Parents will enjoy the opportunity to interact with other parents and meet informally with specialists in child development!

See you back in the fall for more PLG offerings!
