The City’s annual fireworks display is Sunday, July 3, 2016, 9:15 p.m. at the South Mill Pond, located across from Portsmouth City Hall. The rain date is scheduled for Tuesday July 5th, 2016 at the same time. Portsmouth has a long standing tradition of hosting one of the seacoast areas finest displays of fireworks.
